ROSS’ GOLD IS THE FIRST BOUTIQUE-STYLE RETAIL STORE CATERING TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IN THE CITY OF KELOWNA, BC.

At the 1998 Winter Olympics, Ross Rebagliati was the first to ever win an Olympic gold medal for Men’s Snowboarding. After winning the gold (Ross’ Gold), he was found to have Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his circulatory system following a blood test and was automatically disqualified. This decision was eventually overturned and Ross was given back the medal. The next day, Ross appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and has since become a cultural phenomenon in the marijuana world as an outspoken advocate of medical cannabis.
With changes announced in the way that Health Canada was going to deal with medical marijuana made public in December 2012, Ross Rebagliati decided to enter the medical marijuana industry in January 2013 under the name Ross’ Gold™ using his celebrity reputation as a springboard. Ross’ Gold™ was trademarked and subsequently purchased in March 2014 by Green and Hill Industries Inc. (Nevada) which is now the legal name of the company.
Ross has a global following and growing fan base, especially now that the Ross’ Gold brand is gaining traction across North America. He has been recently featured and continues to be featured in the media on television and print including USA Today, High Times, VICE, Bloomberg, NBC, CBC, CNN, Expressen (Sweden), Yahoo Sports, Die Welt, CTV, The Toronto Star, The Denver Times, Sports Illustrated, The Pique, Leafly.com, Whistler Question, NORML, BC Business Magazine, Huffington Post, The Daily Telegraph, and more. Ross is the proud father of two beautiful children and resides in Kelowna, BC with his wife.
